Naimah Latif is Editor in Chief of ON AIR Magazine, a print and online publication featuring notable individuals in government, business, education, healthcare and sports. She is Managing Editor of ON AIR Daily News, a multi-media daily news site featuring breaking news through print, photo, video and online podcasts and is Executive Producer of The Media Connection TV Show, a weekly public affairs program that profiles individuals whose activities are making a positive difference in their communities. She is Executive Producer of The Female Solution Global Radio/TV Show, heard and seen worldwide on Blogtalk Radio, Facebook and YouTube seven days a week, which provides a format for helpful dialogue on education, the arts, culture, personal relationships, business and finance, and all areas of mental, physical and emotional health.

She is President of Latif Communications Group, Inc., a publishing company specializing in history and sociology books used in elementary, high schools and colleges and sold to the general public. Her widely acclaimed books reach national and international audiences.

In 2016 she was presented the Peace Advocacy Award by the Global Peace organization HWPL and was a delegate at the 2017 and 2018 HWPL World Peace Summits in South Korea, where she served as an international news reporter. In 2018 she received the Trailblazer Award by the International League of Muslim Women. In 2022 she was honored as a recipient of the BANboree Big 10 Black Alumni of the Year Award.

John L. Alexander is Publisher of ON AIR Magazine, and Publisher of ON AIR Daily News, a multi-media daily news site featuring breaking news through print, photo, video and online podcasts. As Senior Photographer of John L Alexander Photography, he has become one of Chicago's most notable photographers. He served as personal photographer for Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. and official photographer for the Rainbow PUSH organization for more than 10 years. He provided sports photography for the G League team The Windy City Bulls, the NBAE via Getty Images, the NFL, the MLB, the NHRA, the PBR and the WNBA team the Chicago Sky. He is a principle sports photographer for The Bigs Media. He also served as the personal photographer for actress Cecily Tyson and Hillary Clinton during the International Rainbow PUSH convention. He served as photographer for musical performers Stevie Wonder, Darius Brooks, Kim Stratton and many other professional entertainers. His photography has been featured in media outlets all over the world. His photo of President Barack Obama was part of a 2017 art exhibit entitled "Farewell 44" and was also shown on Black Ink Crew in 2018. As a videographer he produced shows for Cable TV in Chicago and has worked on such projects as the Verizon Wireless How Sweet The Sound Gospel Competition. In 2018 he received an International Award for his work in the media by the Global Peace organization HWPL. In 2019 he was honored as one of the Chicago Defender's 50 Men of Excellence.
